Finally finished him! I like these shots. Gives you an idea of size comparison to my hand. Plus his poses just seem to plead "Take me home..."

Details:
This little fox is 5" tall when sitting. I handpainted his glass-blown eyes with gold paint and modeled him a polymer clay nose, which has been varnished.

Imported synthetic fur has been used for the body and ultra-suede for his paws, with thread-sculptured toes. His face has been extensively thread and scissor sculptured and shaded with copic markers.

His is 5-way cotter pin jointed (legs, arms and head) and his tail is thread-jointed for posing.

I worked on him in the evenings for a few days. I estimate it'd have taken about 15-20 hours if I added it all up.

Daily DeviationTake Me Home by ~deeed. A fully jointed little fox plush. The care given to the expertly applied details was obviously straight from the heart of this plushiemaker and I'm sure her adorable fox would go straight to the heart of the person lucky enough to take him home. Best seen in fullview to take in all the details. (Featured by ^Kitten-of-Woe)

Thank you. I'm taking him to anthrocon to sell. But not sure on a price yet. ^_^;;
Anthrocon? never heard of that..But I'm from Germany, so... Well, I think it depends on the length, but I don't know how long it is in centimetres...But it seems to be a little one?! If I had the money, I would totally buy it for..I don't know...15-20dollars or something like that?! Well, it depends...will you do more of these plushies? (Commissions maybe?)
How could I not see this?! It's amazing x3
Aww... Well I have one or two, dare I say it, lurkers to my gallery. So I'm always chuffed when I see them coming back to visit. ^_^;;

I'm working on a wolf atm too. Once I have her ears done I'll post a WIP in my scraps. ;)
Oh that'll be great! I'll have to keep an eye out for it ;D Your plushies are always top notch!
Ah... miniture ted's are usually trickier to make than large ones. ^_^;;

I'm thinking about commissions...
